Abstract:
The
photocatalytic degradation of Pararosanilin dye was investigated using TiO2
as a catalyst under varying temperature (30-55°C) and light intensity (10 × 103 - 35 × 103 lux) conditions.
Results showed that Photoreaction is not affected or slightly affected by
temperature change. Increasing light intensity enhanced the degradation rate .The
degradation followed pseudo-first-order kinetics, achieving 92% removal
efficiency within 90 minutes. This study highlights TiO2's potential
for efficient Pararosanilin dye removal from wastewater.
