    Impact of Yogic Exercise on Physical and Mental Health of Working Women

Abstract: Today’s modern life patterns affect our health in different ways physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. There is a need for increasing awareness about the effect of modern life style to control the effects of thepatterns of life especially working women health.Promoting healthy lifestyle includes proper eating, physical activity, and betterway of communicatingand socializingin the community. All these have positive impacts which we can easily get in practicing yogic exercise. Yogic exercises will reduce the risk of getting so many illness  which resulted from daily routine lifestyles.In this paper scholar deals with the significance of yogic exercise in modern life style. Health is a main goal of any individual and hence without spending lots of money by practicing Yogic exercise one can achieve proper health. In this article researcher deals with significance of Yogic exercise in modern life to encourage the working women’s health to practice yogic exercise to sustain physical, mental, social and spiritual health.
