Abstract: Startup culture and entrepreneurship development have emerged as significant drivers of economic growth, innovation, and employment generation in the modern global economy. This research paper examines the evolving startup ecosystem and its impact on entrepreneurial development, particularly in developing economies. The study explores how technological advancements, government initiatives, digital transformation, and access to funding have encouraged individuals to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. It also highlights the role of startup culture in promoting creativity, risk-taking ability, self-employment, and economic sustainability.

The paper further analyzes the challenges faced by startups, including financial constraints, market competition, lack of managerial skills, and regulatory barriers. In addition, it discusses the importance of incubation centers, mentorship programs, innovation hubs, and policy support in strengthening entrepreneurship development. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and current market trends, the study identifies the relationship between startup culture and socio-economic progress.

The findings suggest that a strong startup culture contributes not only to economic development but also to technological innovation and job creation. The research concludes that fostering entrepreneurial education, improving access to capital, and creating a supportive business environment are essential for sustainable entrepreneurship development. This paper provides valuable insights for policymakers, educators, researchers, and aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to understand the growing significance of startups in the contemporary economy.
