Introduction: E-Commerce and Retail
Management play an important role in our daily life by making buying and
selling easy, fast, and convenient. E-Commerce allows people to purchase
goods and services online using the internet, such as shopping on Amazon or
paying bills online. Retail Management focuses on selling products
directly to customers through shops, malls, supermarkets, and online stores.
