    Stronger Than Stereotypes: Women Redefining Sports

Introduction: Sports is the most public stage where gender inequality has played out. It’s visible. There are cameras, scoreboards, world records, and medals. But for most of history, that stage had a sign that said: “No Women Allowed.”

Despite that, women kept showing up. They ran, lifted, fought, swam, and won — not just against opponents, but against laws, traditions, stereotypes, and pay gaps.

This is not just a story of records. It’s a story of rights, space, and respect.
